Shipping policy
Where do we ship? We currently ship to Australia and the United States.
How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Shipping to the United States is a flat rate of $20.00 AUD.
How long will my order take? All products are made to order by our print partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus delivery time:
- Australia: 5–9 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
Total estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days for Australia and 9–19 business days for the United States.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes — once your order has been fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What if my order is delayed? Occasionally, delays can occur due to production demand or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
