Because all products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hereshegoesgifts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong size ordered As our products are made to order, we're unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Lost or missing orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
Refund processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
